Connecting with Crystals (Sunday 26th July 2009, 14h00 to 16h00)

Connecting with Crystals is a meditation and information session that shows you how to connect with the energy of gems and minerals for better health and wellbeing. After looking at a few crystals and their properties, we teach you how to establish whether stones are good for your specific energy and whether they are willing to work with you for a specific purpose. We’ll also go over how to cleanse and ‘program’ stones to achieve a specific goal, healing or purpose. Come and join us for a relaxed and informative afternoon of fun and healing with crystals.

Please bring a notepad and pen along, and if you have a stone you specifically want to work with, bring that as well - if not; we do have a moderate selection of crystals and pendants available at the Sanctuary for purchase.

Usui Reiki ~ first degree (Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July 2009, 09h00 to 16h30)

The word ‘Reiki’ means Universal Life Energy, and is essentially the energy that sustains all life on our planet, be it human, animal or plant. This healing art is based on the Eastern concepts of energy flow within the body and works to assist in healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels through the transmission of Universal Life Energy. It is a non-denominational and non-intrusive healing system, which works by stimulating the mechanisms that are in responsible for your body’s maintenance. The first degree of Reiki is the starting point of Reiki training. It enables the student to work on themselves and others in a hands-on way. More info

Gaea is a system of vibrational healing that works towards balancing and healing the Chakras and subtle bodies of the human energy system. This system of healing is ideal as a stand-alone treatment or accompaniment to existing healing modalities such as Reiki or any form of massage therapy. More info
