APPOINTMENTS AND GUIDLEINES
- Booking in advance is essential.
- We kindly request that all clients arrive on time for their appointments, so as not to limit the time of their consultation.
- Earthmajik will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur.
- As this is a therapeutic centre it is requested that all cell phones are turned off during appointments.
- Right of admission is reserved.
GIFT VOUCHERS

PLEASE NOTE: Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers are non-refundable and become void three months after the date of issue of the original voucher. |
- Gift vouchers may only be redeemed on an appointment basis.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- If the treatment booked or prescribed exceeds the value of the users gift voucher, the user will be liable for any additional cost.
- Earthmajik is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers are transferable, but not refundable.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
- All appointments / treatments / purchases to be settled after completion.
- Earthmajik is only able to accept cash and internet transfers as payment at this stage – Payment terms for internet transfer is strictly three days from date of invoice or statement.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduction of the consultation time, while the full treatment fee will still apply.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All courses and workshops are subject to a non-refundable deposit to secure booking. Should you wish to cancel attendance of a course or workshop; refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
