This four week meditation course is designed to give any person, whether new to meditation or not, a solid grounding in the ancient art of quiet reflection.
Learn to understand what meditation is and the benefits of incorporating it into daily life for the wellbeing of body, mind and soul. Each weekly session consists of guided meditations, discussion of notes and exercises for the coming week.
Meditation Introductory teaches you about:
- the importance of breath
- the art of mindfulness meditation
- using meditation as a tool to balancing the chakras
- using meditation for stress relief
- grounding and centring
- cultivating a daily meditation practice
- visualisation
as a means to understanding and benefiting from the practice of meditation.
