Connecting with Crystals is a meditation and information session that shows you how to connect with the energy of gems and minerals for better health and wellbeing. After looking at a few crystals and their properties, we teach you how to establish whether stones are good for your specific energy and whether they are willing to work with you for a specific purpose. We’ll also go over how to cleanse and ‘program’ stones to achieve a specific goal, healing or purpose. Come and join us for a relaxed and informative afternoon of fun and healing with crystals.

Please bring a notepad and pen along, and if you have a stone you specifically want to work with, bring that as well - if not; we do have a moderate selection of crystals and pendants available at the Sanctuary for purchase.

Have you ever experienced the sense of calmness and tranquillity that comes with sitting with your back up against a large tree? These gentle beings have immense healing power and love to share with us, if we only know how to establish a rapport with them. Come and join us for an afternoon of healing and meditation and learn how to open yourself to the wise and grounding energy of Mother Earth.

Please bring a notepad and pen along, as well as something warm to wear if the weather is chilly as we will be spending a part of our afternoon outdoors getting acquainted with trees.
